ATI Victoria - Terms and Conditions
We believe that the kid's school should be a happy and secure place for all. Therefore, we encourage everyone to behave in a responsible and self-disciplined manner and to be considerate about the needs and rights of others. At our School emphasis is placed on the following virtues: respect, good manners, courtesy, honesty and common sense. All parents, guardians and teachers as well as students are expected to follow the principles noted below and help each other in the successful operation of the school and enhance the learning objectives of the school.
General Principles:
- Treat each other with mutual respect and courtesy.
- Respect the rights of other people and for the property of the school and the community.
- Respect the sacrifices made by the teachers and other volunteers to give their time to provide us with the learning opportunity.
- Respect ethnic, gender and age differences.
- Avoid any actions that are likely to bring the good name of the school into disrepute.
Students are expected to be disciplined and follow the following:
- Punctuality: Arrive and leave on time. Early dismissal is discouraged, though can be arranged for special circumstances.
- Preparedness: Come prepared for the classes including stationary, books and with Wudu as required and also in proper dress to offer salah.
- Participation: Full participation is expected from all students in class. Respect and listen to the teachers and others and also to participate in class discussions.
- Assignments: Students are generally given assignments as homework and are expected to complete these before the following class. Parents are requested to encourage students to complete assignments on time and provide regular and reasonable support as required.
- Record keeping: Students will keep a record of their progress in the record folder to keep track of their progress, mutual encouragement, and for review by parents and teachers.
- Tidiness: Help keep the school grounds and classroom tidy and help tidy up at the end of each class.
- Bullying and other anti-social behaviour: All types of disruptive, anti-social and illegal behaviour will not be tolerated at school. This includes all forms of bullying, acts of violence, intentional damage to property.
Additional Key Details:
- This is an Expression of Interest form and not an ENROLLMENT form
- Classes are conducted in Golden Wattle Masjid, 700 Davis Road, Tarniet-3029, Victoria
- All EOI request automatically goes to the Expression of Interest wait-list. ATI management team will contact you for an assessment. Based on assessment results, student will be allocated to class (as and when a spot is available).
- If you are submitting the EOI form in the middle of an ongoing Term, you may be contacted only when the planning start for the new term.
- Please complete all the fields associated with this application. Once the application is completed successfully, it generates an automatic email which confirms that we have received your EOI. If you do not receive an email, please check the junk folder or the spelling of the email used to submit this form. Please resubmit another EOI if required.
- A child need to be between the age of 5yrs & 18yrs (Prep to Grade 12) to enroll for IQRA or Hifz program.
- ATI does not have trained staff or facility to cater for a child who needs special care.
- All the official correspondences will be through the email id entered in submitting this EOI form
Al Tadhkirah Institute, Victoria has the right to refuse enrolment or cancel an enrolment of child/ren when above Terms & Conditions are found breached.
